Leave on for 30 minutes and rinse.

2 . Nourishing Mask for Dry and Mature Skin . In this case , you can grab these ingredients at the supermarket :

    The crushed pulp of avocado ½
    1 tablespoon of liquid honey
    1 tablespoon of crème fraîche (a kind of sour cream in the refrigerated )

Additional ingredients recommended

    1 teaspoon of nutritious oil
    3-4 drops of royal jelly
    1 or 2 capsules of oil enriched with vitamin E
    3-4 drops of essential wrinkle oil

Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse.

3 . Soothing Mask for Sensitive Skin Against Irritation . The ingredients that you need are in the supermarket and in herbal medicine :

    1 and powdery white-fleshed potato , boiled and reduced to a purée
    1 teaspoon of milk
    1 teaspoon rose water

Additional ingredients recommended

    1/2 teaspoon of glycerin
    2 or 3 drops of chamomile essential oil
